[forum] XTestFakeKeyEvent and XQueryKeyboard

Hello together,

I am not sure if this is the correct mailing-list for my question,  
please correct me if I am wrong.

I am faking key events using XTestFakeKeyEvent.
After doing so I want to reset to the real physical keyboard state.

Unfortantly, XQueryKeyboard does not return the real keyboard state  
but is effected by the faked key events.

Is there some function returning the real physical keyboard state,  
uneffected by faked events?
