Please use our bugzilla. This makes sure things don't fall thru cracks
and even though if you do not receive an answer within 24 hour it
doesn't get lost and you can track the status.
Our bugzilla is already working well and we are trying to make it
even more effective.

Right. This is easy with bugzilla. That's what it is for.
