Hello:
I have been following this discussion for a while now. I am starting to
get a little tired. ;-)
Instead of making whole sale changes in the way things are done, can
both sides of this discussion start by taking small steps?
The bugzilla currently has *nothing* in it.
So ... the people who are complaining that they're being
ignored/unfairly rejected/conspired against ;-) please resubmit patches
that they feel need a second look.
The people who claim they're completely open to the community's input
should actually *demonstrate* their willingness by commenting on the
status of every patch in the queue (applied/pending/rejected/etc).
This is all 'meta' work and doesn't actually get us anywhere. I figure
we all need to show our willingness to work together.

PS: I may actually have no idea what I'm talking about. If so, feel free
to tell me to be quiet. ;-)
